What types of boards do you offer?
We specialize in a variety of board sports equipment including bodyboards, cruisers, and beginner-friendly completes. Our product range includes different board types with various fin setups (single, double kick, 5-fin sets) to suit all riding styles from beach cruising to wave catching.
Are your products suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We have a dedicated “Beginner” category with completes that include everything you need to start riding. These setups are perfect for first-timers who want quality Australian-made gear without the hassle of choosing individual components.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes! We have a great selection of gifts under $100 and $150, perfect for surprising the board sports enthusiast in your life. Our beach accessories and smaller items make excellent presents that can be shipped worldwide (with some exceptions).

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in NADIA, AU. Delivery times then depend on your chosen shipping method:

Standard Shipping (A$12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx
Free Shipping (orders over A$50): 15-25 business days via EMS
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. Due to logistical challenges, we currently can’t deliver to most Asian countries (contact us for specific exceptions), certain remote island nations, and areas with political instability. International customers are responsible for any customs fees which vary by country.
Can I upgrade my shipping after placing an order?
Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at [email protected] and we’ll upgrade your shipping for the price difference. For urgent deliveries (especially around holidays), contact us before ordering as we can often arrange expedited shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused with original packaging. To initiate a return, simply email us at [email protected] and we’ll guide you through the process.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging all orders with premium padding for boards and secure packaging for components. However, if your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll make it right.

Payments & Accounts

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout. All payments are processed through our encrypted system to ensure your information stays safe.
Do you offer gift cards or store credit?
Currently, we don’t offer physical gift cards, but you can purchase any of our products as gifts. Our “Gifts” categories make it easy to find presents at various price points, all of which can be shipped directly to the recipient with a gift message.
