G’day riders! At Ride The Board, we want you to be stoked with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, our straightforward returns process has got you covered.
Our Returns Policy
You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they’re in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used bodyboards or surf accessories
- Personalized or custom-made items from our Australian Made collection
- Opened fin sets
Pro Tip: Found the perfect gift in our Gifts under $100 or Gifts under $150 collections? All gift purchases follow the same returns policy – just include the original gift receipt.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – we’ll respond within 24 hours (usually faster!) with return instructions
- Package Securely – include all original packaging and accessories
- Ship Back using a trackable method (return shipping is at your expense)
- Get Refunded once we receive and inspect your return
Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or color? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify “Exchange” in your email and include:
- Preferred replacement item
- Size/color preference (if applicable)
We’ll cover the shipping cost for your replacement item!
Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Bank Processing: Additional 2-10 business days depending on your financial institution
International customers: Refunds will be processed in AUD. Any currency conversion differences are handled by your bank.
