3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order:

1. You’ll receive an order confirmation email
2. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
3. You’ll receive shipping confirmation with tracking details

3.2 Payment Methods

Payment is processed at time of order. For declined payments, we’ll contact you to resolve the issue.

3.3 Order Changes/Cancellations

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer:

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95) via DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (orders over A$50) via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

4.2 International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Check your local regulations before ordering.

4.3 Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns Policy

We want you stoked with your purchase! You may return most items within 15 days of receipt if:

• Items are in original condition with tags and packaging
• You’ve contacted us first at [email protected]
• You use a trackable shipping method (return shipping at your expense)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• Used bodyboards or surf accessories (BODYBOARDS/BEACH ACCESSORIES collections)
• Personalized items from our Australian Made collection
• Opened Fin Sets (FINS/5 Fin Sets collections)

5.3 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing takes 3-5 business days
• Refunds go to original payment method
• Bank processing may take additional 2-10 business days
• International refunds are in AUD – currency conversion handled by your bank

5.4 Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Follow the return process but:

• Specify “Exchange” in your email
• Include preferred replacement details
• We’ll cover shipping for your replacement item!

6. Liability and Disputes

6.1 Product Use

Our products are designed for recreational use. We’re not liable for:

• Improper use of our products
• Injuries resulting from product use
• Damage from normal wear and tear

6.2 Limitation of Liability
